Evening sessions are open to all without registration, however there will be an intense training and equipping of ministry gifts and skills during the daytime sessions.

Registration for the daytime sessions is $35 per person if pre-registered.

The Shepherd’s House youth group will be attending, for the first time as the Shepherd’s House, the Generation Conference at Redeemer Church. Redeemer Church is located on School House Road in Albany, New York off of Route 20. Redeemer Church has been hosting a regional youth conference for quite a few years in Utica, New York and they have now extended to the Albany Region. The dates are November 10, 11 and 12th and the Shepherd’s House would like to get some radical youth together and send them off to the conference. If you are interested in signing up, everyone is responsible for registering online at GenerationConference.com. If you would like to join us, please contact Jenelle Davis by the end of September so we can get a head count. You must be registered by September 26th to go with the Shepherd’s House.

Saturday, August 28th, 2010, the youth ages 12 – 25 will be having a swim party at the Cramer’s house from 1:00pm – 5:00pm. Snacks will be served. (Please, no bikinis or speedos.) Fun will be had by all! Also, bring sneakers if you want to play volleyball. Please let Jenelle Davis know if you’re planning to come. Directions will be given as the date approaches.

Our annual church picnic will be September 5th after church at the East Greenbush Town Park (directions).  Please bring a covered dish of some sort.  There is a sign up sheet in the back of the sanctuary. Please tell us what you’re planning on bringing.  Also, volunteers will be needed to help Faith Giordano with games.  Cooks are also needed to man the grills.  See Faith for games and Dave Cramer for cooking.  Fun will be had by all!

Beginning Sept.13th  we will be hosting a Dave Ramsey Financial Series at The Shepherd’s House. This is a 13 week series that will take place on Monday nights at 7:00 pm. The cost for the full 13 weeks is $99.00 and includes all materials. This class is open to the public. Contact information on how to sign up will follow shortly.
